Welcome to the Frederick Ballroom Dance Club!

Dancing is, by and large, a social activity. With that in mind we host regular events, parties and other occasions to meet and mingle with like-minded dance enthusiasts.

Our club is local Chapter 6054 of USA Dance (www.usadance.org). Our mission is to promote the quality and the quantity of ballroom dancing in the United States. Our programs include:

First and Third Saturday Dances. Includes group lesson before the dance. Lessons start at 6:45, dances are from 7:45-9:45 ($15/person, $10 for USA Dance members; CASH ONLY)

We teach Swing, Cha Cha, Rhumba, Foxtrot, Tango, Waltz and others.

All levels of dancers are welcome! Our club is primarily oriented toward Social Dancing, but we do have a few competitive dancers among our members. Children may attend with their parents but this group is oriented towards adults.

There is never any need to preregister for any of our lessons or events.

We will never try to upsell you or ask for any commitment! 

Simply join us whenever you can and pay at the door. No partner is needed.
